 Ever Freight Co., Ltd. was established by Chairman Chen Chao-Hsiang (Frank Chen) in January 1984 with offices at No. 225, De He Road, Yong He City, Taipei County. Initially, Ever Freight imported high-class fire-retardant construction materials from several different countries. Mr. Chen established the company’s first branch office in Hualien that same year. As the domestic demand for fireproof , water-resistant and environment friendly construction materials rose, Mr. Chen thus expanded the company’s scope of operations to include import, wholesale, and retail of building products as well as the manufacturing of unique fire-resistance, water-resistant, noise-insulating and heat-insulating environmental construction materials from home and abroad. Mr. Chen also transformed the business from a trading company into a channel distributor in order to provide wholesale and retail customers with better service, from point of sale to installation. Mr. Chen further established branches and warehouses in different parts of Taiwan and China to meet the quick service and delivery needs of customers.

Currently, there are over 10 locations across the country, and Ever Freight has become the largest wholesaler of high-quality construction materials in Taiwan. In 2003, Ever Freight gained the titles Excellent Enterprise of the Year and Excellent Product of the Year from the ROC Excellent Achievement Golden Torch Awards.
